Role The mission of this role is to scale Morpho's curator ecosystem by building trusted relationships with independent risk curators, ensuring they have the operational support and market intelligence needed to create safe, competitive vaults as the protocol grows. Responsibilities Maintain close communication with independent risk curators to keep them informed about market activity, emerging opportunities, and ecosystem updates, building trust and preventing friction. Support curators in operational excellence by providing vault setup guidance, configuration best practices, and smooth onboarding into the Morpho ecosystem to improve their effectiveness. Monitor active markets for health signals including liquidity depth, utilization patterns, and rate behavior to surface relevant trends and potential issues proactively. Review vault configurations and market setups to identify optimization opportunities and flag areas where curators may want to revisit parameters for safety or competitiveness. Provide context on market safety considerations to help curators make informed, independent decisions about risk management and vault strategy. Track emerging lending strategies and trade structures across DeFi to identify new borrower demand patterns and liquidity shifts that affect Morpho's ecosystem. Act as a trusted operational partner by resolving misunderstandings quickly, facilitating clear information flow, and helping curators respond effectively during critical situations. What Success Looks Like In your first 30 days: you will build a strong understanding of the Morpho ecosystem, the role of independent risk curators, and the lifecycle of vault and market creation. You'll map out active curators and their current needs, establish communication channels with key stakeholders, and begin independently reviewing market health metrics. By Month 4–6: you will have become a trusted operational partner to multiple curators, offering timely insights and ecosystem context. You'll own a regular market-monitoring workflow that surfaces trends and risks to both curators and internal teams. You'll have helped curators improve their configurations and processes based on best‑practice recommendations, and you'll demonstrate the ability to identify and explain new lending strategies emerging across DeFi. By Month 12: you will have built durable, productive relationships with the majority of active curators and helped raise their overall operational maturity through proactive guidance. Your presence will lead to demonstrably healthier markets through clearer information flow, better alignment, faster issue detection, and improved curator responsiveness. You'll play a meaningful role in scaling the curator ecosystem as vaults and markets continue to grow. Must-have Experience Strong understanding of DeFi lending markets, including liquidity dynamics, utilization patterns, and how DeFi systems behave under different conditions. Demonstrated experience in market analysis, risk‑aware financial operations, or ecosystem strategy in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial markets. Experience working with external stakeholders in a relationship‑driven role, such as clients, partners, or community contributors, where trust and clear communication were essential. Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently. Preferred Experience Prior work with lending protocols, market‑making teams, risk teams, or portfolio management groups. Experience navigating fast‑moving environments in crypto or high‑growth fintech. Hands‑on experience analyzing on‑chain data or working with data‑driven insights.
