Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including maxillofacial surgeons, operating room staff, procurement officers, and departments such as sterilization and logistics Proactively collect, understand, and prioritize customer needs and challenges Provide clear, detailed feedback to R&D and agile teams to align product development with customer requirements Deliver product training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff Collaborate with marketing teams to supply technical input, market intelligence, and campaign support Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and broader CMF market dynamics Test prototypes and final solutions with customers in real‑world settings, gathering insights for improvement Profile & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, business, or similar) Minimum 2 years of experience within the CMF sector, preferably in technical sales or a sales/technical role in CMF medical devices Strong understanding of CMF medical devices and hospital workflows Languages: English – fluent (must), French or German – strong plus, any other European language – plus Experience in interacting with medical doctors and other healthcare professionals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural, and cross‑functional environment Demonstrated ability to adapt, plan, and execute tasks with minimal supervision Position requires frequent travel within the EU and occasionally beyond Location & Contract Leuven, Belgium (Hybrid); Paris, France (Remote) Full‑time Associate level CV in English Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
