Job DescriptionAs an Electronic Money Institution operating across multiple EU jurisdictions, Swan must comply with regulatory reporting obligations (FICOBA, COREP, FINREP, CESOP, SIF, DTE, RUBA, payment statistics, national observatories, DORA registers, AML/CTF, etc.). Today, reporting is managed through multiple processes that have grown organically. This role will strengthen consistency, data quality and reliability while maintaining agility in a fintech environment.This role acts as a functional bridge between Risk/Compliance, Finance, Data, Product and Payments teams to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting. You will join the Risk PMO, a team combining regulatory expertise with project management, data-driven process optimization and innovative approaches to strengthen Swan’s regulatory framework.✨ Your missionYour mission is to take ownership of Swan’s regulatory reporting portfolio across multiple jurisdictions, acting as the functional lead to:Ensure timely, high-quality, auditable reporting with strong data governanceStandardize and improve reporting processes with clear data contracts, specifications, and automated quality controlsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align regulatory, business and technical requirements while driving continuous improvement✨ Main TasksManage the full reporting portfolio: consolidated calendar, owners, SLA tracking, dependenciesTranslate regulatory requirements into functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with Compliance, Data, Tech, Product and Finance to implement orchestrated and automated reporting pipelinesDefine and monitor data quality rules (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency) and set up dashboards for validationMaintain runbooks, escalation procedures and fallback optionsContinuously improve processes to reduce manual effort, error rates and defectsDocument and update reporting specifications as living data contracts Your TeamOur Risk PMO team is composed of compliance and project management specialists, working at the crossroads of governance, regulatory projects, training and automation. We collaborate with Swan’s first and second lines of defense and interact with Data, Product, Payments and Tech teams.
