The adventure starts now: Come Sephorize the world with us Missions : To conduct studies and implement information system solutions. To assist SEPHORA's "Business" Departments in the project management of information system projects (Maîtrise d'ouvrage). To manage the organization and execution of projects (definition, governance, deliverables, action plan monitoring, preparation, and animation of committees). To contribute to the definition of the application architecture of solutions, their integration into the Sephora ecosystem, and their realization. To accompany and lead the integration teams or the editor on the technical solutions to be implemented. To guarantee the build and performance of the developed solutions. To liaise between the various technical partners involved in the projects (editor, integrator, internal technical teams working on the solution). To ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications. To provide user support for application software. To manage service providers and suppliers involved in the implementation of projects. To ensure administrative follow-up and good project communication within the Global Tech department. Types of projects managed by the Planning team: Support for the migration to SAP S/4 Hana. Evolution of our distribution channels and organizations. Deployment of new logistics warehouses to support growth. Participation in the opening of new markets/countries. Integration of business evolutions related to demand planning and supply planning. Ensuring functional and technical expertise on Demand Planning tools (notably RELEX) and their integrations with SAP. Continuous improvement of existing processes and tools. Furthermore, Sephora's IT strategy is to ensure the smooth running of corporate projects such as the migration to SAP S/4 HANA or country openings, and this position is part of this process. Profile: Graduated with a Master 2 degree from an engineering school, business school, or university, you have at least 8/10 years of experience gained within a consulting firm, an integrator, or an IT Department – SCM division of a company in the Retail sector. You also have at least 3/4 years of experience in IT Supply Chain project management in an international context. Mastery of project management and IT development standards and methods is an important prerequisite. Functional mastery of demand planning processes and an overall view of the global supply chain is mandatory. Significant experience with Demand Planning tools, notably RELEX, is highly desired. Knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM) and their integrations, particularly in an SAP Retail ECC or S/4 HANA context, is also a major asset. Knowledge of information system architecture is highly appreciated. Moreover, you possess all the qualities to manage a project, namely leadership, organizational skills, the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, a sense of listening and analysis, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Finally, you are proactive and have a strong customer orientation. Please note that the desired candidate has a fluent level of English (written, spoken) and will be required to travel occasionally.
