RH is seeking an Outlet Sales Leader to lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team in delivering unexpected and extraordinary experiences for our customers, both internal and external. Partnering with cross-functional teams, this role drives sales excellence, fosters brand loyalty, and cultivates world-class customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader who educates, motivates, and empowers their team to exceed goals while embodying the RH brand. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDrive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targetsEnsure all Team Members are trained in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies to deliver an extraordinary customer experienceImplement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards and timelinesBuild and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat businessMaintain elevated brand standards in all aspects of merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interactionsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales, operations, and customer service initiativesUphold operational excellence by ensuring compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standardsOUR REQUIREMENTS2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishingsDemonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through exceptional leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagementProficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applicationsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as neededProficiency in English is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teamCandidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of applicationOUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSLift and move items up to 25 kg, using proper equipment and safety techniquesManeuver throughout the sales floor and stockroomRole entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing We kindly request you submit your application materials, including your resume, in English, as proficiency in English is essential for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
