Doctolib is looking for a Senior Tech & Product Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think work and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering & Product leaders to ensure hiring excellency while attracting the best talent. What you’ll do You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare You will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing You will own the end to end recruitment life cycle including stakeholder briefing sourcing assessment & closing You will develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking Boolean searches and leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing channels You will drive expectation-setting conversations while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders You will be an advocate for your candidates ensuring they have the best candidate experience You will focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance your metrics on quality of hire candidate experience and time to hire Who you are If you dont meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience we still encourage you to apply You have at least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale up environment You have worked with a high growth staff plan in a KPI driven environment You have proven experience in direct talent sourcing techniques and tools You have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision You have experience collaborating and influencing tech and product leaders You have strong problem solving skills with a solutions first approach90 You have a user first attitude with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform healthcare Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus The interview process Recruiter Screen Hiring Manager Interview Live Case Study At least one reference check Job details Permanent position Full Time Paris (hybrid mode - 3 days in the office) What we offer Free health insurance for you and your children Parent Care Program : receive one additional month of leave on top of the legal parental leave Free mental health and coaching services through our partner For caregivers and workers with disabilities a package including an adaptation of the remote policy extra days off for medical reasons and psychological support Work from EU countries and the UK for up to 10 days per year thanks to our flexibility days policy Work Council subsidy to refund part of sport club membership or creative class Up to 14 days of RTT A subsidy from the work council to refund part of the membership to a sport club or a creative class Lunch voucher with Swile card Reimbursement of public transportation or company car (only for Field Sales) Relocation support for international mobilities At Doctolib we believe in improving access to healthcare for everyone - regardless of where you come from what you look like.
