Role Description Based in Paris, London and Luxemboug, Crayon Partners is Europe a real estate investment firm fully dedicated to backing the innovators who are reshaping how we live work and play. We bring together Real Estate Private Equity and PropTech Venture Capital to design new institutional investment strategies before they become mainstream. In June 2025, we launched Crayon Jaune RAIF, a first-of-its-kind fund investing in Rent-to-Own residential assets in London, helping tenants become owners while addressing affordability pressures in high-demand areas. Headquartered in Paris, we focus on scalable strategies that combine profitability, sustainability and social impact, with the ambition to redefine how real assets are built, operated and financed. This internship (Paris-based with potential remote flexibility) offers hands‑on exposure to real estate private equity, with potential trips to London and western european countries. As a Private Equity Analyst Intern, you will contribute across the whole investment lifecycle: financial modeling, deal screening, due diligence, market research, and preparation of investment materials. You will collaborate directly with the investment team and co‑founders on live transactions and strategic decision‑making, gaining a front‑row view of how new real estate investment strategies are built and executed. Qualifications Curious, intellectually agile and proactive, comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team Solid understanding of finance and investment fundamentals Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models Capacity to conduct market research and assess risks/opportunities Clear and structured written/oral communication Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering Knowledge of real estate or PropTech is a plus but not mandatory Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Crayon Partners by 2x.
