With offices in Geneva, Paris and London, PITHOS is investing throughout Europe.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our team for a 6-month internship, combining exposure to private equity and real estate investments with a hands-on operational role.This is a pre-hire internship: a successful experience will lead to a full-time offer to join our team as an Investment Analyst in our Geneva office in Switzerland. Responsibilities- Assist in conducting industry research and specific financial analysis- Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities- Collaborate on financial modelling, investment memorandums, and strategic recommendations- Participate in portfolio management, including monitoring performance, assisting in post-acquisition integration, and contributing to transformation projectsQualifications- Strong academic record from a leading educational institution- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is required; real estate exposure is a plus- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; highly motivated and persistent- Fluency in English and at least one other European language (French, Spanish, or German)What we offer- Clear opportunity for a full-time position depending on performance- Unparalleled exposure to the European real estate market- Mentoring from experienced industry professionals (Carlyle, McKinsey, Bain, etc.)- Direct involvement in a growing structure with high deal flow and new countries to be opened- An inclusive and collaborative work environmentOur company is an equal opportunity employer.
