This role focuses on maintenance, safety, and ensuring smooth operation of technical systems in our hotels.Responsibilitiestake care of small repairs, touch-ups and maintenance tasks – from dripping taps to squeaky doorskeep an eye on all technical systems and make sure everything runs smoothlycoordinate external service providers and manage facility-related taskspaint and seal work throughout the hotel as neededwork closely with the Corporate Office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping teammonitor regular maintenance and safety checks – in coordination with the Maintenance Managerorder materials for work in consultation with the Hotel ManagerQualificationsa true all-rounder with solid technical skills and craftsmanship.
