Within the Quality department for our Aerospace & Defense business unit, we are looking for an HSE Technician (M/F). Reporting to the Head of the department and working closely with the operational teams, you will help to implement the company’s HSE policy.

A genuine hands-on operator, you will ensure compliance with applicable regulations, participate in the prevention of occupational and environmental risks, and support teams in developing a sustainable HSE culture. In a chemical-dominated industrial environment, you will also play a key role in managing regulatory requirements related to chemical products.

Your tasks

Health and Safety at Work

• Participate in the deployment and continuous improvement of the company's Health and Safety policy.
• Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks (DUERP, audits, site inspections, Gemba Walk).
• Analyse accidents and incidents, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

Chemical compliance management

• Ensure the management and compliance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ensure the application of chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, ICPE).
• Carry out risk analyses, HSE sheets and prevention plans related to activities and products.

Environment

• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements for the site.
• Participate in the company's environmental impact reduction actions.
• Contribute to the management and monitoring of environmental risks.

Training and support

• To raise awareness and train employees on HSE best practices.
• Support managers in the application of safety and environmental rules.
• Participate in developing the company's safety culture.

Continuous monitoring and improvement

• Monitor HSE indicators and reporting.
• Participate in internal and external audits as well as certification processes.
• Carry out regulatory monitoring and advise teams on applicable developments.

Your profile

• TrainingBac + 2/3 in Health, Safety, Environment, Chemistry, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is appreciated; junior profiles accepted.
• Knowledge of HSE and chemical regulations (SDS, REACH, CLP, ICPE) and proficiency in office software.
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and pedagogical awareness.

An interest in industrial environments with a dominant chemical component is a definite asset.
