With more than 1 million members and +45% year‑over‑year growth on our self‑serve acquisition, we are looking to scale our acquisition efforts in 2026 by bringing in a dedicated copywriting expert to accelerate our growth. SEO and new fields such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization – optimizing Alan's visibility in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) are gaining serious momentum at Alan. We’re seeing an increase in organic sessions and capturing early signals and conversions from LLMs. To turn SEO/GEO into scalable, top‑tier acquisition levers, we need to professionalise our content engine and scale production across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Your Mission Build and scale the content engine that will make organic search Alan's #1 acquisition channel across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will work as a duo with our GEO/SEO Growth Marketer and partner with our Growth team to turn content into traffic growth and business impact. This role combines writing content our members love (clear, helpful, human) and architecting the systems to scale it (AI workflows, multi‑market processes, repeatable frameworks) across four markets with different regulations and cultural contexts. You will also become the guardian of Alan's tone of voice, ensuring brand consistency as we scale. Key Missions Accelerating content production: Own and execute Alan's content calendar across formats (blog posts, in‑depth guides, landing pages); cover topics our members care about; ship high‑quality work at pace while maintaining Alan's distinctive brand voice. Drive measurable business impact through strategic content: Create content that generates awareness (brand & non‑brand traffic), conversions, and positions Alan as a category leader in health insurance; ensure brand coherence as we scale from content execution to strategic narrative ownership. Expand and localise content across markets: Adapt Alan's content framework for Spain, Belgium, and Canada – respecting local regulations, cultural nuances, and member expectations; build repeatable localisation processes; work with local market teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and resonance. Leverage AI to work smarter: Build custom AI agents to automate research, drafts, and optimisation; optimise for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity), not just Google; test workflows that let you deliver quality content consistently. Level up your skills: get trained on AI agent creation (Dust workflows) and SEO automation (Semrush reporting for keyword monitoring) to become an AI‑native content operator. Fit and Qualifications For this role we’re looking for a B level on our grid. 2–3 years of content/copywriting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a high‑growth tech or scale‑up environment where you had to do more with less. Exceptional writing craft: compelling, clear copy across formats (blogs, guides, landing pages). SEO fundamentals: comfortable with keyword research, semantic analysis, and optimisation tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console, CMS, etc.). Track record of measurable impact: owned a content channel (blog, hub) and can show results. Experience balancing brand and performance: navigate tension between storytelling and optimisation. Operational excellence at pace: create content volume without sacrificing quality and have built or improved content workflows. Data‑informed mindset: analyze performance metrics and iterate based on insights. Curiosity about AI/GEO: excited about how LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) are changing content discovery and want to experiment with AI‑powered workflows. Languages: fluent in French and English (mandatory). Nice‑to‑Have Multi‑market/localisation experience in European scale‑ups. Spanish or Dutch proficiency. Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, insurtech) within constraints. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Demand Gen, or Product Marketing teams. Previous use of AI agents or content automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT). Interest in health, insurance, or wellness topics (previous knowledge is a strong bonus).
