**About the Role**
The Growth & Engagement team develops and implements the demand and consumer growth strategy for France and is a pivotal engine in making Uber Eats the preferred food delivery platform for customers. The wider team is responsible for the overall G&E strategy, campaigns planning and execution of growth initiatives delivered to millions of Eaters.
The Uber Eats team is looking for a Growth & Content coordinator to work directly with our Growth and Marketing teams. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, exceptional verbal communication skills, a passion for copywriting and strong creative judgement, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling & customer engagement.
**- ** Growth campaigns Strategy & Execution**:In partnership with our Growth & Engagement team, you'll support the construction of our quarterly Growth & Engagement strategy as well as contribute to the exceptional execution of the different initiatives.
- ** Eater Facing Content creation & Storytelling**: In partnership with our Growth & Engagement team, you'll create customer-facing copy for Uber Eats to be launched on owned channels
- ** Content support and localization**:You'll review and edit copy & local translations supplied by Global and Regional teams to ensure it is of the highest quality while being locally relevant when we launch a new product or services.
- **Local teams support**: You'll be a true support to our local territory teams by developing best-in-class merchandising assets, flyers or any adhoc creative templates on your own or by briefing design agencies. You'll also act as the voice of the brand to support our B2B merchants in developing partner-led campaigns & assets.
- ** Reporting & playbooking**: You'll partner with the G&E team on comms analysis, test and leverage learnings to inform ongoing CRM cadence, content strategy, growth & membership plans. You'll playbook everything we do, from quarterly roadmap, CRM content analysis to in-store materials.**:
- Basic Qualifications -**
- Native in French, fluent in English
- Strong business acumen and appetite for growth and engagement strategies and projects
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting and copy-editing in French.
- Aptitude for devising creative and engaging content
- Storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium.
- Excellent communication skills and able to manage diverse stakeholders across different levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute detailed plans for large-scale initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with global colleagues
- Proficient with the Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Photoshop. Figma knowledge is a strong nice to have.**:
