Overview Hiring Manager : this role is manage the day to day operations from OEM factories to make sure on time deliveris and same time ensure the target of delivery lead time and E&O can be met LOCATION : Thailand Exciting things you'll get to do English speaking environment Globle working clutures Open minded organizations Attractive remuneration Responsibilities Manage the on-time in-full delivery from OEMs Manage the day to day operations includes the production / materials planning Monitoring the capacity utililization for short / mid / long term as per demand Stabilize demand flow from SharkNinja to OEM and sub suppliers. Utliize the demand allocations as per company strategy Set up materail visibility from OEM. Manage factories critical components shortage and delivery. E&O monitoring and management Drives the continiouse improvements of OTD and Lead time performance. Managing OEM perfomance CRDLT and PPA with action plan. Ensuring 13 weeks plan is well allighned with OEM and with clear action plan To elevate to category leader if need regional relocation or capacity support Take lead on NPD readinessFactory capability assessment and New factory training up Skills Open minded thinking and global exposure Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication / coordination skill Keen Problem seeker and solver (Smoke Spotter) Minimum Qualifications / Experience 5 years production / materials planning experience is a must Can work under ambiguityhigh pressures and less supervision Experience of household appliance is preferred Bilingual (Mandarin & English) speaking or familiar with Chinese supplier environments Ready to Comply to SN culture Our Culture At SharkNinja we dont just raise the barwe push past it every single day.
