**Job Description**:

**Required Skills**:

- Develops & review assembly process plans & sequence to build the Aircraft structures
- Develops and implements Supplier specification plans for production and tooling methodologies
- Review 3D illustrations of assembly plans & processes
- Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements lean principles and technologies.
- Guide teams to author Installation plan, fabrication plans in tools like SAP-PP, CAPP, Delta, TAKSY,AVL2 & APS Platform
- ME shipside support for Structural assemblies in production shop floor, Workstations optimization, Part prove-out
- Lead the implementation of Standard works in assembly operations
- Ensure the prevailing Installation plans are audited and meet the defined standards.
- Continuously review the existing assembly process and drive process improvements
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
- Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.
- Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience

Desired Skills:

- 8+ years of work experience as a Lead / Senior Process planner in aerospace industry.
- To be in manufacturing engineering role, relevant experience in Aircraft industry is desirable.
- Aware of Planning tools, manufacturing execution systems like SAP-PP, CAPP/MES, Enovia.
- Familiarization on Airbus programs & preferably with tools experience - AVL2, TANDEM, TAKSY, Delta, GILDA & APS Platform etc.
- Working knowledge with CATIA/NX Modelling softwares, 3D Via composer & 3DX Delmia.
- Support & Lead cross-functional teams, developing and improving manufacturing/engineering systems, as well as driving Lean manufacturing events.
- Work as the liaison between internal / external engineering, materials, purchasing, management, quality & production to ensure that new products meet quality / delivery goals.

Strong communication / influence skills to drive process improvements &resolve issues required
