Proporre prodotti efficaci, naturali ed ecosostenibiliPer sostenere lo sviluppo della filiale italiana, primo mercato in Europa dopo Casamadre, siamo alla ricerca di un / unaArea Manager con responsabilità sul Centro Italia (Lazio, Toscana, Umbria)A riporto della Direzione, la risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:Incarnare ed implementare sull'area di competenza la strategia commerciale della Società, assicurando l'adesione agli standard qualitativi della marca.Guidare il team di Incaricati alle Vendite del territorio di competenza (personale dipendente), garantendone l'ottimale pianificazione organizzativa ed il corretto svolgimento delle attività di sell-in, sell-out, formazione e prospezione.Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi d'area: fatturato sell-in & sell-out, nuove aperture, merchandising.Agire da brand ambassador garantendo ai clienti Caudalie un'esperienza di marca unica nei canali di vendita wholesale, retail e caudalie.Collaborare con tutti i dipartimenti della Società: Marketing & PR, KA, Education, Finance, HR.Competenze richieste:Provenienza dal canale farmacia >Rappresenta un requisito mandatorioConoscenza della categoria dermocosmesi >Rappresenta un requisito preferenzialeEsperienza manageriale, empatia, attitudine relazionale per guidare un team in maniera efficace.Acume commerciale, negoziazione, orientamento al risultato, approccio analitico e spirito imprenditoriale.Inglese fluente parlato e scritto. La conoscenza della lingua francese è un plus.Padronanza del Pack Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Domicilio in Lazio, preferibilmente Roma.Inclusion delle differenze è una forza in Caudalie e siamo convinti che la diversità vada di pari passo con la performance.
