As a Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales teams and aligned commercial activities in France within your Global Business Unit (GBU). You will ensure the effective implementation and management of the commercial strategy and objectives in line with the GBU strategic plan and program agreements. Acting as the senior representative of the GBU in the country, you will serve as a critical link between the GBU and the domestic market, optimizing program performance to achieve sales volume, new business growth, and income targets.
