**The Role**
The Country Sales Manage**r**at INFINIT will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and establishing a strong market presence in France. This is a key Leadership role that requires strategic vision, exceptional sales acumen, and hands-on management to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring long-term customer success.

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership**:Recruit, train, and manage the local sales team.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **
Business and Banking Development**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
- Represent INFINIT at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive the commercial development of banking relationships: Establish, strengthen, and manage relationships with banking institutions to create new revenue streams, enhance partnerships, and align mutual growth objectives.

Customer Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Implement customer relationship management strategies to maximize customer retention and growth.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.

Sales Strategy Execution**:Execute sales strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Continuously improve sales processes based on feedback and performance data.
