The specialist will contribute to the evolution and optimization of operational processes, incident management, and automation within the IT infrastructure, supporting the quality and continuity of production services in an Agile and English-speaking environment.Relevant Years of Experience: 5+ yrsLocationParis3 days/week – Work from the office (client site)ResponsibilitiesContribute to the evolution of operational processes.Manage Level 2 and 3 incidents.Develop and implement automation procedures for production.Support application installations.Manage production planning and service quality.Resolve operational incidents.Manage disk space and magnetic media.Oversee backup operations to ensure data integrity and continuity.Use scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).Use backup software (e.g., Tina, Networker)Mandatory SkillsExperience with automation of production processes.Incident management (Level 2 and 3).Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.Appreciated SkillsExperience with JIRA.Knowledge of backup software (e.g., Networker).Disk and backup management.Strong documentation and process optimization skills.A supportive, diverse and global team with a brilliant culture.Competitive compensation and benefitsEmployee benefits are regulated by an internal policy that contains full details regarding the entitlement and conditions for the benefits as per the law of the land.Great opportunities to make the role your own, upskill yourself and get involved with exciting projects.Total Wellbeing is our focus.
