PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

• Phase 1 (up to 18 months): Graduate Learning Phase Structured learning experience with cross-functional exposure across factory operations
• Phase 2 (2–3 years): First operational position A full-time role within a factory to apply learnings and build leadership capabilities
• Post-programme: Transition into a permanent role within Purina and integration into the Purina Talent Pool

Throughout the program, you will evolve in a dynamic and team spirited environment. A mentor will follow you and support your progression. You will also benefit from a range of trainings, which will allow you to develop deep knowledge in the business, acquire coaching competencies, project management skills, and much more. You will be part of a group of talents in Operations Purina Europe that will allow you to build your network. Mobility across locations is a key element of the GLOW experience and significantly enhances development opportunities and long term career growth within Purina. Today, we are offering various high-responsibility positions in our Factories and our Central Operations team. There could be in Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Factory or Project Engineering/ Design. After a successful completion of the program, we will identify the leading positions in one of our factories or central functions or in different locations in Zone Europe Purina PetCare Network to fit our business needs and your personal and professional profile.

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, technical or operations-related fields;
• You speak the local language, and you have a level of min B2 in English (oral and written), any other European language is a plus
• You ideally have a first experience in an industrial environment;
• You are a flexible, collaborative and open-minded person;
• You communicate with various stakeholders, from the shopfloor to European teams;
• You demonstrate collaboration, courage, speed and continuous learning
