OverviewStrategic Consultant, France. This role leads the deployment and adoption of AvePoint tools and Microsoft 365 for customers, both remotely and on-site.What you will be doingYou will be a key technical consultant/architect on AvePoint’s solutions and services engagements, evaluating, managing and delivering projects that accelerate customer adoption of their Microsoft investments.ResponsibilitiesServing as the technical lead and consultant for the delivery of services engagements ranging from management, migration and protection of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint through the implementation of AvePoint tools and solutionsArchitecting, configuring, and deploying enterprise implementations for the AvePoint product line and the Microsoft technology stack, including next generation product stackDelivering training sessions to customers through web-based conferences or onsite at customer’s locationImplementing proposed technical strategies and solutions to satisfy customers’ business needsActing as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and developmentCompiling technical documentation of projects and implementations as well as service deliverablesSetting client expectations and deliverables accuratelyProviding ad-hoc technical resource support, product demonstrations, and/or solution consultationsProposing and/or designing technical solutions, including creating prototypes and proofs of conceptProviding validation and readiness of AvePoint products against technical and business requirementsManaging various technical projects for internal purposesAdvancing internal QA and scenario testing with virtualized infrastructures and technologiesWhat you will bring to our teamWe look for people who value agility, passion and teamwork and want to learn, grow, and advance their careers. Necessary qualities include:BA/BS Degree7+ years of experience in architectural design and development focusing on planning, deploying or supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure applicationsSolid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint services architecture and configurationExperience in managing IT projects such as system migrations, consolidation, and deploymentAbility to install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, IIS, SharePoint Online and on-premises versions, and SQL ServerWorking knowledge of Relational SQL Server and database conceptsExperience with programming constructs, business logic development, information architecture, and taxonomy strategies in a SharePoint/.NET environmentExpert in leading workshops on IT governance and information governance & compliance for enterprise SharePoint implementationsWorking knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTPExperience with distributed application production updates in a 24/7 environmentUnderstanding of IT governance and compliance standards such as ITIL and COBITWorking technical knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standardsSelf-motivated with ability to set and meet deadlines on multiple projectsExcellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in French & English) with strong customer service skillsExcellent technical writing skills with proven ability to compose guides, testing documents, technical outlines and schematicsStrong organizational awareness within customer environmentsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative teamAbility to travelCompany & DiversityAvePoint is proud to employ talent from diverse backgrounds and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment.
