Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe. These services include Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations and Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions. As a centre of excellence, CACEIS Malaysia plays a pivotal role in driving the scalability of global operations, enhancing service quality, and implementing standardized processes to meet the diverse needs of its clients. The dedicated team in Malaysia is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that empower clients to thrive in a dynamic and competitive financial landscape. This role will be responsible for day-to-day processing of third-party FX payment on behalf ofCACEIS Clients instructions through a dedicated third-party FX function which comes under Market Solutions. This includes understanding the client's documents and retrieving the necessary information accurately. To maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance. The team supports the FX Operating model for Global region. What will you do? Perform processing of FX (Pre and Post-Execution on a daily basis: input, verify, validate and settle FX executed by dealing room and sub-custodians. Work collaboratively with both internal Front Office (Trading Desk), Middle Office and other CACEIS business units and external stakeholders' sub-custodians/ agents to ensure the operating model is robust and the risk is mitigated. Perform investigation of FX breaks and provide resolution within agreed timeline. Continuous monitoring of FX Operations team mailboxes and FX confirmations to take swift action on instructions/ queries received and do the required follow ups without delay. Contribute to FX projects and initiatives through ideas/ suggestions, to help improve process and control. #J-18808-Ljbffr
