Overview Dimension : Leading France marketing activities & Cluster digital activities receiving directions and instructions from the Central Cluster General Manager and working with Commercial team, Medical team, HR, other internal / external stakeholders. Job Purpose : The Marketing Director, reporting to the CGM, is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for Collaborative working with the European Brand team to develop a consistent international approach and the France brand plan and leading the localisation of brand vision and strategy for our products Conducting the digital transformation of the affiliate and for defining, developing and implementing commercial excellence strategy to support business across BUs and functions; defining digital strategy, developing, scaling and delivering digital innovation initiatives and building new capabilities within the affiliate; strategic direction of our products in France including development of brand strategy, oversight of tactical planning and execution including campaigns and providing strategic input into portfolio strategy. The role defines and leads sales efficiency indicators & forecasts of the affiliate, collects insights and delivers appropriate recommendations to sales and marketing teams and manages projects across functions; The role also contributes to identify external opportunities for disease areas’ digital healthcare solutions. Ensure the proper use of our medicines and compliance with ethics and deontological rules. Responsibilities Lead Marketing strategy in France: Line manage marketing team, coordinate cross-functional partners (in some cases through dotted line management) in market access, medical etc. Lead the localisation of brand vision and strategy for our products, developing brand plans, tactical plans, and LCM strategies, localised to each market in the cluster where appropriate. Propose individualized training courses if necessary. Support portfolio, BD&L, and lifecycle management strategy. Communicate broadly, at a senior level, franchise / cluster current strategy, innovative ideas for future strategy, franchise project status and potential risks. Role model entrepreneurial, innovative, and collaborative ways of working and encourage these behaviours within commercial teams. Innovate and bring ideas and challenge the thinking in relation to franchise strategy. Conduct the digital acceleration: Define the objectives and priorities for digital acceleration in order to develop solutions beyond the pill and innovative business models; Change management with all stakeholders, spread the start-up mind-set throughout the affiliate: development of agile mind-set and methods, building digital capabilities, Leverage clear, lean and flexible governance models in accordance with compliance; Support the creation and development of UX-oriented innovative projects: reinvent the way to interact with physicians and patients and enhance the care pathways of KK therapeutic areas. Identify relevant start-ups and built partnerships with them; Collect and centralize data from all internal and external sources in order to evaluate and develop the use of big data and AI; Define and implement omnichannel approach; Facilitate Kyowa Kirin becoming a data driven and new technology organisation. Lead With the sales Director the Commercial excellence activities: Design Market research & bring innovative methodologies such as Design thinking; Be involved in all forecasts and budget design. Qualifications Successful senior pharmaceutical professional experienced in Marketing. Experience at leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across a wide discipline of departments across geographies. Preferably both big and mid-sized pharmaceutical experience. Successful launch with products related to the relevant Franchise. Ability to both develop and implement strategy with limited resources. Deep understanding of most / all Pharma markets within the cluster preferred. Excellent local and English language skills, language skills supporting other countries within the cluster an advantage. Networking skills with healthcare digital ecosystem. Passion for building digital and innovation capabilities. All activities are implemented within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations, strategy, and the company's quality policy. Adheres to the promotional information charter and applies it according to the terms of the certification reference framework in force. Applies Kyowa Kirin's processes which take into account the regulations in force (promotional information charter, advertising, law governing benefits, transparency, pharmacovigilance, RGPD, etc.). Physical Requirements : (travel, lifting, typing, driving, sitting, special requirements around hours etc.) Driving - must hold valid driving license. Office-based working. Frequent travel with overnight stays.
