Join Qonto as our Product Marketing Director and lead the charge in crafting a robust go-to-market strategy to achieve our ambitious growth target for 2025. You'll play a pivotal role in reinvigorating our Product Marketing Management (PMM) teams of 18 talents, focusing on France and Germany as primary markets, while also expanding into other European regions. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive demand, adoption, and customer engagement for our innovative financial products.

**‍‍ As a Product Marketing Director at Qonto, you will**:

- **Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy across multiple European markets**, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
- **Lead and mentor a team of PMM professionals,** fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- **Partner with regional market directors to tailor product positioning** and messaging to local client needs.
- **Drive customer segmentation and insights initiatives** to enhance our understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**, including Growth, Product, and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

**About your future manager**:
You'll report to Natalia, our CPO, who brings a wealth of experience in strategic product vision. She is known for her empowering leadership style, allowing team members to take the lead while providing guidance and support. She is committed to helping her team grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

**About You**:

- **Proven experience leading large PMM teams** including leadership lines in B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
- **Track record of driving significant growth**through strategic marketing initiatives.
- **Strong cross-functional leadership skills**, with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
- **Expertise in customer segmentation,** product positioning, and messaging for complex B2B products.
- **Data-driven decision-maker** with a passion for understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
- **Fluent in English**. French or German proficiency is a plus.**Perks**
