About the Role At Finary, we\'re building the modern Private Bank from scratch—democratizing wealth management and empowering millions to achieve financial success. As we accelerate our growth, we\'re hiring a VP Eng who will lead our technology strategy and execution for the next decade. This is a defining leadership opportunity. You will report directly to Mounir (CEO) and take full ownership of our engineering vision, product delivery pace, and team structure. You’ll build and mentor a world-class team of 40+ engineers, define our technical roadmap, and lead complex, AI-powered projects that reshape how people invest and grow wealth. Beyond execution, you will shape Finary’s culture of engineering excellence, act as a public voice for our tech brand, and help build a legendary product. Know how to hire A+ engineers and have a strong network to do it quickly. Set an ambitious pace for product delivery while maintaining quality. Operate with high agency and make decisions based on first principles. Have hands-on experience with AI and understand how to use it across product and tech. Have a business mindset and a strong sense of product. Are passionate about personal finance and resonate with our mission.
