VP Engineering Manager - Paris – F/H/X – CDIJoin to apply for the VP Engineering Manager - Paris – F/H/X – CDI role at Partoo. OverviewOur ambition is to become the world’s leading Local Collaboration Platform, enabling retail networks to improve customer experience online and in‑store through digital collaboration tools.ContextThe Tech team, around forty people, is at the heart of this mission. It builds the products that give our customers tangible impact. It is organized into four Tribes: Visibility, Interactions, Empowering, Core. Each Tribe is managed by an Engineering Manager.Role & ImpactWe are looking for a VP Engineering to manage the delivery of the Partoo Tech team. The role starts as Engineering Manager for the Visibility Tribe, then progresses to full VP Engineering over time.Phase 1: Engineering Manager (Visibility Tribe)Management: direct management of the three teams of the Tribe (3 Lead Developers and 8 Fullstack Developers). Coaching and development of individuals.Delivery: ensure delivery of the three teams, track projects, challenge technical strategies, maintain quality, scope, and intervene when necessary.Project & Vision: work with the Tribe Lead PM to drive the roadmap, create long‑term vision, and animate the Tribe. Support cross‑tribal Tech projects.This phase lasts until the end of 2026 when an EM for Visibility will be hired.
