We are looking for a native French speaker with a strong presence on social media platforms who can create engaging short‑form video and written content that resonates with our audience. Your Mission As our Personal Brand Ambassador you will be the storyteller‑in‑chief for Paradox. You will elevate our voice, grow a fan base, and expand our impact through content that educates, entertains and evangelises our brand. You will create short‑form videos that feel native, not corporate, and your content will have a real, measurable impact. Responsibilities CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT Build a full content pipeline from ideation to publication for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual). Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale. Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains – always aligned with our values and voice. Develop your own on‑camera presence – charismatic, confident and authentic. ANALYSE & OPTIMISE WHAT WORKS Review performance data weekly – iterate & build on content that resonates, converts, and drives engagement. Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time. Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence – audience growth, engagement, credibility. Design and implement forward‑thinking content strategies, taking into account audience peaks, algorithm‑boosted formats, etc. Play with new trends and keep up to date, adapting our content to audience current issues or envies. BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITY Engage with followers directly – responding to comments, joining conversations, shaping culture. Source powerful testimonials and stories from our audience to feature in content. Identify strategic voices to collaborate with – guests, co‑creators, future ambassadors. Become a trusted, authentic presence in the spaces where our audience lives and grows. Qualifications You’re obsessed with social media, study it, reverse‑engineer virality, yet you’re not stuck scrolling. You’re magnetic on camera – bold, yet understand storytelling & editing inside out. You can write, riff, and repurpose – turning one idea into many formats. You work fast, creating test‑learn‑repeat cycles. You understand the power of brand and can build one that feels human, smart, modern. You’ve built your own online presence or driven someone else’s. You’re fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts as a creator. You have a proven track record of content that performed – show us your hits & misses.
