Responsibilities CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT Build a full content pipeline (ideation to publication) for Instagram Reels, Tik‑Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual) Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains — and always aligns with our values and voice Develop your own on‑camera presence — charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality ANALYSE & OPTIMIZE WHAT WORKS Review performance data weekly — iterate & build on content that is resonating, converting, and driving real engagement Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence — your KPIs are audience growth, engagement, and credibility Design and implement forward‑thinking content strategies, taking into account audience peaks, algorithm‑boosted formats, and current trends Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news to keep content resonant with our audience’s interests BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITY Engage with followers directly — responding to comments, joining conversations, and shaping culture Source powerful testimonials and stories from our audience to feature in content Identify strategic voices to collaborate with — guests, co‑creators, future ambassadors Become a trusted, authentic presence in the spaces where our audience lives and grows Qualifications You’re obsessed with social media, but not just scroll‑til‑2am‑style; you study it, reverse‑engineer virality, and break it down. You’ve built someone else’s online presence or been a solo content creator before. You’re fluent on Tik‑Tok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts — not just as a user but as a maker. You’ve created content that actually performed — show us your hits and misses. You’re part creator, part strategist, and part brand whisperer. Language French: native; English: fluent.
