OverviewGlobal HR Business Process Owner (F/H/NB) role at Ubisoft. This position leads the definition, harmonisation and governance of HR processes across the group, in coordination with HR Business Process Owners of each functional domain.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the network of HR BPOs across RH specialties and regional entities, including supporting:Inventory and documentation of existing processes; identify gaps between local practices.Define global target processes in alignment with the HR strategy and the group’s new operating model.Develop and pilot transition plans to target processes, ensure change management and stakeholder buy-in in connection with the HR Change Management team.Establish governance for HR processes (updates, compliance, evolutions).Collaborate closely with IT HR teams to ensure alignment between business processes, tools and data.Implement performance indicators and monitoring for global HR processes (KPIs, adoption, data quality, operational efficiency).QualificationsProven experience in HR transformation, process design or Business Process Management, ideally in an international environment.Strong understanding of HR domains (recruitment, development, compensation, administration, etc.).Ability to lead cross-functional projects, align multiple stakeholders and drive change.Excellent communication, influential leadership and English proficiency.Knowledge of global HRIS tools is a plus.Recruitment Process[30 minutes]: Phone screening with a recruiter[60 minutes]: Interview with the hiring manager and recruiter[60 minutes]: Interview with Chief People OfficerBenefitsParticipation in company savings plan; 25 vacation days, 12 RTT, 50% transport pass covered, meal vouchers, good health insurance, and other Ubisoft benefits.Maternity leave of 20 weeks, paternity/adoptive leave of 7 weeks.Location & Working ModelOur offices are in Saint Mandé, Paris area.
