With a focus on managerial support, key HR processes, and integration specifics, you will lead major strategic projects and support the accelerated growth phase, particularly following the acquisition of Eurofil. This role requires a proactive approach to change management, talent development, and HR process structuring to accommodate the expansion from 90 to over 400 employees.You will join a team of 5 people in the People and Culture French team, including the Head of People and Culture, our Admin HR and payroll manager, our Office manager, our Global Learning and Development consultant, and another HRBP. Additionally, you will collaborate with other members from the global People & Culture teams based in Germany and counterparts in other entities.Key ResponsibilitiesManagerial Support:Provide coaching and support to managers, especially in Operations.Offer daily disciplinary, legal, and social support.Monitor performance, calibration, and support for salary reviews.Key HR ProcessesCoordinate and oversee recruitment for the assigned population.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.Oversee compensation, talent management, internal mobility, and Learning & Development (L&D).Support and monitor AES (Annual Employee Survey).Integration Specifics for the acquired entities, Luko (in 2024) and Eurofil :Harmonize HR policies and field practices.Manage change and support teams through transitions.Align internal communications, support, and clarify processes.Strategic LeadershipLead major strategic HR projects to support growth and transformation.Collaborate with the current HR team, including the Head of People and Culture, HR admin and payroll manager, office manager, and Global Learning and Development consultant.Preferred ExperienceWhat you bring to the team :Must Have2-5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.Ability to work autonomously, support managers, and handle daily HR matters without constant supervision.Comfortable in operational and multi-site contexts.Ability to represent the HR function on-site and be a reliable support for local managers.Comfort with ambiguity, dynamic environments, and integration phases.Fluent in French and in English (Spoken and Written)Nice To HaveExperience in managing HR processes during rapid growth phases.Familiarity with change management and strategic talent development.Why joining us?This is an opportunity to join a company in the process of scaling up, working within a close-knit team, and collaborating with Allianz Direct's European subsidiaries to exchange best practices and address cross-functional challenges.
