This opportunity is for you Your Impact Reporting to the HR Director for France and Massey Ferguson Europe Middle East, you will play a central role as a Business Partner in supporting teams and leading HR projects: Supporting managers in international teams: advising, coaching, skills development, performance evaluation, and compensation. Managing employees throughout their journey. Talent management: recruitment, onboarding, mobility, training, career management, and succession planning. Participating in strategic Group HR Projects: engagement, employer branding, diversity, organizational evolution, process improvement, and HR performance KPIs, QWL (Quality of Work Life). Social relations: active participation in social dialogue. International collaboration: regular exchanges with group HR teams. Your Experience and Qualifications Experience: 5 to 10 years in generalist HR, ideally in an international industrial environment. Education: Higher education in HR. Key Skills: Strategic vision and hands-on approach. Leadership, listening, and ability to unite teams. Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset.
