This opportunity is for you Your Impact Reporting to the HR Director for France and Massey Ferguson Europe Middle East , you will play a central role as a Business Partner in supporting teams and leading HR projects : Supporting managers in international teams : advising, coaching, skills development, performance evaluation, and compensation. Managing employees throughout their journey. Talent management : recruitment, onboarding, mobility, training, career management, and succession planning. Participating in strategic Group HR Projects : engagement, employer branding, diversity, organizational evolution, process improvement, and HR performance KPIs, QWL (Quality of Work Life). Social relations : active participation in social dialogue. International collaboration : regular exchanges with group HR teams. Your Experience and Qualifications Experience : 5 to 10 years in generalist HR, ideally in an international industrial environment. Education : Higher education in HR. Languages : Fluent English is essential. Key Skills : Strategic vision and hands‑on approach. Leadership, listening, and ability to unite teams. Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset.
