International scope: 57 000 employees across more than 50 countries, densest parcel shop & locker european network for out-of-home delivery Strategic & operational role: drive adoption & engagement of our digital services (apps, websites, chatbots, notifications) thanks to marketing campaigns (B2C & B2B) Purpose of the job We are looking for a Digital B2C Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and optimize international digital marketing campaigns to grow acquisition, engagement and conversion in collaboration with Business Units and Geopost central teams (Marketing, Market research, IT and Digital experience). You will be reporting to Consumer Relation & Acquisition Program Manager within Digital Marketing team. Identify BUs’ objectives to translate them into campaign use cases: impulse change and cross-functional decision making (Marketing, Sales, Customer service), lead ideation workshops, define business cases, channels, segments and KPI Specify campaign requirements: data, tagging, user journeys adaptations, legal compliance Set up and run automated or one-shot campaigns in our campaign tool (Imagino): brief UI design to create campaign templates, and Conversion optimization experts, refine segments with market analyst, perform end-to-end testing with BUs Measure and analyze campaigns performance: report outcomes, ROI and risks, propose optimizations and continuous improvement actions. Benchmark competitors: identify opportunities and differentiators Support BU as reference contact: adoption of tool, maintain documentation, ensure GDPR & IT process compliance 5–8 years’ experience in B2C digital marketing campaign/CRM/marketing automation/Growth hacking in an international context Fluent in English & French (third European language is a plus) Analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication, team player with strong leadership Strong knowledge of MarTech tools (Customer Data Platform Salesforce/Imagino or similar, Google Analytics, AB Tasty, MS pack office) Significant experience in data marketing and agile ways of working: CRM, B2C & B2B data qualification, acquisition and social messaging strategies By joining Geopost, you will have the opportunity to take on a role with real responsibilities, benefit from close managerial support, while enjoying a high level of autonomy in your day-to-day work.
