The Finance/Performance department is at the heart of group strategy. Beyond numbers, we innovate, optimise and ensure exemplary governance to foster sustainable growth. In the Data compliance Officer role, you will integrate the Compliance Team of the Risk & Compliance Assurance Department, reporting to the Group DPO. Your role alongside the Group DPO will be essential for driving data and AI compliance. Responsabilités Collaborate, influence, and animate—work closely with the ADEO Data Protection community to define the compliance framework for group projects. Support business and product teams in their innovations, ensuring respect for the compliance framework. Support and orchestrate the deployment of group compliance standards and global digital solutions. Define, animate and control the group Data & AI framework for ADEO and its Business Units. Mobilise the DPO community to guarantee effective deployment. Assess ADEO and its BU compliance with local regulations and group standards via risk mapping. Implement and monitor key indicators and reporting for governance bodies. Define and deploy internal control programmes. Support global business and digital projects in coordination with DPOs, assessing data and AI risks. Propose and track action plan implementation. Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation to allow BU DPOs to keep processing register and impact analysis current. Handle, document and coordinate operational incidents, cybersecurity, and notifications, complaints, rights requests, and authority controls with the BU DPOs. Track action plan implementation with concerned DPOs. Promote a culture of compliance within ADEO, deploy educational content, up‑to‑date policies and information mentions for the group. Organise awareness sessions and complementary training to e‑learning. Profil Bac+5 in Law (preferably Digital Law, Business Law or Data Protection) or equivalent. 3–5 years minimum in a legal or compliance function, with expertise in data protection, ideally in an international group. Mastery of the GDPR; knowledge of AI regulation is an asset. Pragmatic, rigorous, organised, leadership‑bearing, strong relational, analytical and synthesis skills; proactive, autonomous and collaborative. English fluent, mandatory.
