If you are looking for a role in an exciting new industry, at a dynamic company please keep reading. About the role This is a unique opportunity to join our existing Trading Operations team in Paris. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth cash management and treasury management, while supporting our mission of delivering world‑class service and efficiency. This role is based in our Paris office, with occasional travel to B2C2 Group headquarters in London, and includes weekend coverage of between 1-3 times per month. Trade Settlement Recording: Support the trading team by booking executed transactions and maintaining accurate trade and settlement records, ensuring timely follow‑up with counterparties. Payment Execution: Utilize a suite of financial tools—including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), wallet management systems and internal platforms—to accurately execute high‑value payments for treasury rebalancing, client settlements and other critical operational needs. Reconciliation & Investigation: Perform meticulous daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts, trades and positions, promptly investigating and resolving any discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for operational queries, collaborating effectively with internal teams (e.g. Finance, Trading, Tech) and external banking partners to ensure timely and effective resolution. 1‑3 years of experience in a financial operations, treasury or a similar role within the financial services industry. Knowledge of cryptocurrency and foreign exchange (FX) products and markets. Experience in a fast‑growing fintech or technology company. A proven track record of contributing to process improvement initiatives. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
