Your future role within QRT: Providing trading support: analysing and reporting PnL and positions, managing corporate actions, resolving booking issues Modelling and analysing performance drivers at the strategy level Producing daily dashboards and reports for management Performing NAV system gap analyses Conducting ad‑hoc investigations and deep‑dives Maintaining and enhancing internal reporting tools Working closely with traders, quantitative researchers, operations, risk teams, and IT An advanced degree in business or engineering, ideally with a focus on finance Relevant experience is appreciated but not mandatory Strong programming skills in at least one language (VBA, Python, or SQL) Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to adapt, prioritise, and stay detail‑oriented in a fast‑moving environment Solid analytical and organisational skills Clear written and verbal communication Your enhanced experience and learning opportunities at QRT: Mentorship from experienced industry professionals Hands‑on exposure to low‑latency trading systems (software and hardware) Experience working with large‑scale data technologies Insight into a highly collaborative and supportive environment QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
