Fast: We practice agility, prioritize simplicity and we are proactive We are building a diverse and inclusive team – and we need your help The Finance team drives the finance operations for our French and US offices, supporting the business on a wide range of topics from business planning, reporting and process implementation. You will report to the CFO based in Paris. We’re looking for a curious, organized, and meticulous person who is willing to learn and seek opportunities to do things faster and more productively. This position will work as a business partner across our organization to build‑out best‑in‑class reporting, data analytics and workflow processes to help steer Yseop through our next phase of growth. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports: deliver monthly P&L statements and weekly cash‑flow reports, performing variance analysis Contribute to budgeting and forecasting: build and maintain financial models, support scenario planning, and track budget performance Act as a business partner: collaborate with functional leaders across departments to define, build, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensure data integrity: maintain CRM and financial data with high accuracy to support reliable insights and decision‑making Enhance reporting through analytics: utilize data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to develop impactful dashboards Drive process improvement: identify and implement opportunities to optimize data flows, tools, and internal processes for greater efficiency and scalability Perform ad‑hoc analyses: conduct in‑depth financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision‑making Qualifications Master’s degree in finance with at least 4‑8 years of professional experience in corporate finance/FP&A Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; proven ability to break problems down into components and propose solutions Passionate about continually improving existing tools and processes, and enjoy thinking outside‑the‑box First experience in a fast‑paced environment (fast‑growing start‑up, top‑tier management consulting, audit firm) is a plus Experience with data visualization and dashboarding in Tableau or similar tools is a plus Autonomy, accountability, honesty, team‑working and good communication skills Level of English is fluent (mandatory) Benefits A very strong company culture 1 day per year to volunteer in an association An onboarding tailored to simplify your integration and meet all the teams Team building every quarter Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance and Analyst Industries Software Development Yseop is an equal opportunity employer.
