Role Commission-based sales freelancer (acquisition, management) for innovative B2B wellness/creativity/development startup. Potential scopes and experience France/Francophonie focus (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg etc.), potentially expansion across Europe. Location Paris, France Our new, innovative B2B experiential company, Culture Vitale, is looking for a dynamic commission-based sales associate (with potential salaried role/partnership opportunity for the right person in future) to represent our unique offering to corporate clients. Culture Vitale curates “Sessions of Vitality” — immersive corporate experiences designed to energize, inspire, and connect teams. These sessions combine well-being, creativity, and team development, delivered directly at major client offices or selected venues. We are Paris-based, have a global scope, with a current focus on France, western and northern Europe (incl. Nordics), as well as UKIR. As one of our core team and sales faces in the markets, you will focus on driving new corporate partnerships, generating repeat opportunities, and earning ongoing commission, all with full flexibility and independence. We already have a network of hundreds of experiences in Europe (1,000+ globally). Your Role Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership, managers, sales/marketing leaders) Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients Ideal Candidate Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus) Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients Based in Paris ideally Requirements Sales experience (account acquisition/management) in France Ok with working on commission-only for the coming months Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus) Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients Paris-based ideally Benefits Commission-based earnings with ongoing commission on repeat clients Partnership or base opportunities may be discussed for the right person Full flexibility to work independently and manage your schedule Expert marketing and proposal support Representation of a human-centered, creative, and growing B2B brand Our Unique Selling Proposition We combine impact and engagement: We propose experiences - combining wellbeing, culture, and development - that are both enjoyable for teams, but with data-based impact.
