Sales Freelancer/Agent Commercial (Commission) [France / EMEA] – Corporate Wellness Experiences with Purpose Join to apply for the Sales Freelancer/Agent Commercial (Commission) [France / EMEA] – Corporate Wellness Experiences with Purpose role at Culture Vitale Role: Commission-based sales freelancer (acquisition, management) for an innovative B2B wellness/creativity/development startup, based in Paris, France with focus on France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, western and northern Europe including Nordics, UKIR. Your work will involve prospecting, engaging corporate decision-makers, presenting and selling Culture Vitale’s “Sessions of Vitality”, converting leads to bookings, nurturing repeat business, and acting as an independent commercial partner earning ongoing commission. Your Role Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, managers, sales/marketing leaders) Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients Ideal Candidate Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries Fluent in French (native or fluent) and English (professional); other EU languages are a plus Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients Based in Paris ideally, with experience in France; bonus: EMEA experience/key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin etc. Requirements Sales experience (account acquisition/management) in France Ok with working on commission-only for the coming months Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus) Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients Paris-based ideally We Offer Commission-based earnings with ongoing unlimited commission on repeat/subscription clients Base or partnership opportunities may be discussed for the right person Full flexibility to work independently and manage your schedule Expert marketing and proposal support Representation of a human-centred, creative, and growing B2B brand Unique Selling Proposition We combine impact and engagement: experience that are both enjoyable for teams, but with data-based impact.
