Consultant – Project Manager Key Accounts Carriers (Nantes)As a consultant for our carrier key‑account customers, you will be part of the Customer Success team in Nantes. You handle project management to implement our tool with major carrier clients and help the sales team close complex deals.Mission ObjectivesEnsure framing and deployment of complex projects from A to Z with customer teams and Dashdoc sales team.Guarantee the best user experience and customer relationship by collaborating with Dashdoc’s sales, product, and technical teams.Stimulate development opportunities by understanding clients’ needs and supporting them.Contribute to building the best product on the market through client feedback and improving internal processes.Benefits of the MissionOn‑site visits at clients’ offices.Work with multiple sectors and stakeholders; you will be part of the pre‑sales process.Impactful job for Dashdoc and our clients’ success.Growth and autonomy inside a fast‑growing company.Aligned with company values: Care, Ambition, Passion, Speed.Driving licence and flexibility for weekly travel to clients’ sites (mandatory).Transport or industry knowledge – prior experience in transport, logistics or industrial company.Experience in complex project management – at least 3 years with key accounts companies, consultant or project manager; autonomous on methodology and proactive on problem solving.Language – fluent in French; work in English (written and spoken); another language is a bonus.Product and tech orientation – attraction for complex SaaS products, ability to connect business needs with product solution, ability to give trainings.Customer orientation and communication skills – sense of service, ability to understand client needs and propose efficient solutions, interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders, prepare and present written presentations.Organisation and analytics – excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritise between several projects, closely follow an action plan, proactive.Selection Process• Quick intro call (20 min) to get to know you and your career goals.• Deep dive (1 hr): discussion about your experience and expertise.• Study case (1.5 hrs): showcase your problem‑solving skills.• Reference calling: discussion with managers from your previous experiences.• Final chat with our CEO: ensure the perfect fit.The whole process should not take longer than 2–3 weeks.
