Electronic Industrialization Engineer (M/W) We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our Industrialization team, responsible for increasing production rates and reducing BOM costs for exoskeleton and humanoid robots. Responsibilities Technical analysis of non‑conformities and coordination with suppliers to improve products. Proposing solutions to resolve defects observed in the field and by the maintenance team. Researching and qualifying new electronic suppliers meeting defined criteria in terms of quality, cost and lead times, both in France and abroad. Purchasing components and assemblies for V&V testing and evaluation of new suppliers. Simplifying and rationalizing electronic designs by creating standard component libraries and encouraging simple, repeatable designs. Designing schematics, routing and test benches for production activities (Altium). Transferring R&D activities to production, in line with quality processes. Managing electronic R&D equipment. Defining verification activities to be carried out by suppliers on electronic components. Participating in design‑for‑manufacturing activities, gathering feedback and proposals from subcontractors, and implementing proposals from production and supply. Participating in EMC tests to validate electronic designs. Generating and verifying production files or technical specifications. Following up with suppliers to find equivalent components in case of obsolescence. Participating in improvements to the current exoskeleton production flow and the opening of a new production line. Designing, producing and qualifying test benches. Qualifications Master’s degree in electrical engineering. Experience in product industrialization and/or in a medical or highly standardized environment (asset). Skills English (written and oral): expert. Analog and digital electronics: expert. Electronic card design and production (Altium): expert. Supplier selection and validation: expert. Electronic card diagnostics and testing: expert. Soldering and cabling: autonomous. EMC and signal filtering: basic knowledge. Lithium batteries: autonomous. Experience with ISO 13485 quality management system: basic knowledge.
