**YOUR MISSIONS**:
Parrot, is a** fabless company working with premium industrials partners** who are in charge of the production.

In the context of the establishment of its team in South Korea, we are looking for an NPI Engineer** (New Product Introduction). **You are the reference person for product life cycle and new product integration:

- You will **introduce the new product/parts to the manufacturer**, ensure they understand **Parrot’s specification, monitor their manufacturing process**, **quality and lead time at supplier side**.
- You will work with **EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) **and mechanical factories to **continuously improve the parts/products with a strong focus on quality improvement, process stabilization and cost reduction**.
- You **evaluate technical risk, engineering capability, production capacity and leadtime**.
- You liaise between different departments and discuss **technical issues with R&D** (Hardware, Software, and Mechanical design), **methods with production, quality criteria **with the product management team.

Your main missions will be the following:

- Introduce** new products/parts to suppliers and evaluate the industrial feasibility**:

- Technical **discussion with manufacturers, keep monitoring supplier’s lead time **and quality
- ** Define and maintain methods for production, maintain the Assembly process **up to date
- ** Maintain a day to day with key suppliers** in order to drive potential improvement,** resolve issues and improve methods**:

- Manage **quality issues for off-the-shelves and custom parts **in house
- ** Resolve and provide guidance** in case of technical issues for products in manufacturing
- Ensure that** lead times and quality requirements **are met by suppliers and EMS

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master's degree in **mechanical, industrialization or production fields**:

- A **first experience in production, quality, manufacturing engineer** is required
- Strong** problem-solving skills in technical contexts **and an **ability to challenge existing methodologies and think outside the box.**:

- Knowledge of **production processes and use of ERP** system
- ** Design and update Assembly process**:

- Ability and willingness to travel for up to 20%
- ** Ability to work autonomously**.
- ** Positive and can-do attitude**:

- ** English fully fluent**:
