Join a young & dynamic team Job Description Supervised by the Regional Marketing Manager, your main tasks will be: Define and deploy the European social media strategy in alignment with the group’s global positioning. Manage and animate the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) for Europe. Plan, create and publish content on a regular weekly basis. Monitor performance, engagement and visibility indicators. Community Engagement & Forums Actively participate in specialized industrial and manufacturing communities, forums and discussion groups (such as Reddit, technical forums, professional communities, etc.). Initiate and contribute to technical and industry-related discussions to increase brand visibility and credibility. Identify relevant communities, discussion topics and trends within manufacturing and engineering environments. Public Relations & Brand Visibility Manage public relations activities at the European level. Build and maintain relationships with media, industrial platforms, influencers and opinion leaders. Draft and distribute press releases, corporate announcements and official communications. Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all public channels. Internal & International Coordination Coordinate with European sales, marketing and content teams. Share relevant content, insights and best practices with Asian marketing and communication teams. Ensure alignment between social media, PR actions and overall marketing strategy. Profile Required You are the suitable candidate if: You have a professional experience in social media management, communication or public relations. You are familiar with B2B and industrial environments. You have experience managing online communities and discussion platforms. You are comfortable interacting in public and professional digital spaces. Your Skills Strong communication and writing skills. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and platforms. Strong organizational and planning skills. Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented. Comfortable using social media management tools and Pack Office. Knowledge of analytics, KPIs and reporting is an asset. Additional European languages are a plus. Why Join Us?
