Job DescriptionYour role will involve managing the general accounting and ensuring the completion and accuracy of all accounting and tax entries for 3 French entities.What it means on a daily basisAccounting:Record, reconcile and analyse general ledger accountsReview and approve supplier invoicesTreasury:Manage bank transactions and intercompany related bank operationsReconcile banks and handle multi-currency operationsTax:Prepare and file various tax declarations (TVA / CVAE / IS / DAS2…) and reportings for the Banque of FrancePrepare the Tax package for 3 entities on Cegid softwareMonth-end closing:Perform monthly closing activities and reportings independently for 3 French entitiesProcedure:Participate to the improvement of accounting and operational proceduresThis list is not exhaustiveWho you will be working withAs a General Accountant, you will be working with the Accounting Team and report to the Accounting Manager.Recruitment processInitial Call with Our Talent Acquisition Specialist: A phone conversation with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to assess your fit for the role and address initial HR-related questions.Interview with the Hiring Manager, Our Accounting Manager: This interview focuses on evaluating your suitability for the role, including your technical skills and experience.Final Interview with Our Accounting & Consolidation Director: This final step is an opportunity to discuss the previous interviews in more depth and assess the strategic aspects of the position.QualificationsWHO YOU AREAutonomous, organized and with an analytical mindset.A team player with strong communication skills.Solution oriented, with an aptitude for systems.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDBachelor/Masters degree in Accounting5 years of experience in accountingKnowledge of an ERP system and proficiency in ExcelAdvanced level in English mandatory with prior experience in an international environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
