Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. Channel Partner Manager EMEA This position reports to the VP Sales EMEA & APAC and is part of the EMEA sales team. It is a fully remote role. In This Role Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned EMEA countries. Proactively seek and secure new CPs in territories not served by IDT, sign up new CPs with contractual re‑seller agreements, support product and sales training, monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity‑based KPIs, set sales targets and take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding set targets. Track team and associate‑level KPIs to drive the team toward targets in the region. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP‑assigned territories. Monitor CP performance through regular online or face‑to‑face meetings and apply DBS tools. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of experience managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA. Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams. High level of life sciences business acumen. Proficiency in English. Exposure to public tenders/framework processes or procurement business is a plus. Experience with CRM (Salesforce). Travel Requirements Position is based in EMEA with approximately 50% travel, primarily within EMEA. When not travelling, the Channel Partner Manager is expected to work from a home office.
