Job duties are varied and sometimes complex, needing independent judgment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.This role is focused on recruiting new partners for NetSuite across various regions; these include France, Belgium and Switzerland.Fluent French is required for this role and German is a bonus.For this position ERP sales experience is required OR ERP partner recruitment experience.The successful applicant will be required toManage and continuously grow NetSuite’s subscription revenue through channel partnersIdentify and recruit channel partners for your territoryProvide support and guidance to help your channel partners develop their business plansProactively support partners during sales activities and engagements to C-level executivesClearly understand and articulate the value of Oracle NetSuite’s products and servicesAcquire & maintain a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutionsBuild and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with your partnersProvide ongoing education / information to channel partnersDemonstrate initiative, creativity & collaboration to support our partners and prospectsMust be willing to travelRequirements5 years of direct and / or indirect enterprise software sales experienceUnderstand ERP business solutions and its benefits to support customer needsProven success selling in a consultative / team environment to C-Level and end-user decision makersKnowledge and experience of working in collaboration with channel partners / resellersAble to create business plans with partners and support them with executing against themBusiness savvy with ability to build creditability at the C-LevelWell-developed professional with excellent solution selling, negotiation and ability to influence skillsProfessional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
