Your Mission As Head of Talent Acquisition youll play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy and employer brand . Youll work closely with C-level leaders & HRBPs to attract engage and retain the best talents across Europe - driving our growth with excellence and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include : Define and lead a global Talent Acquisition strategy fully aligned with our business ambitions and workforce plans. Partner with hiring managers HRBPs and C-level executives to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a best‑in‑class recruitment process. Challenge and optimize sourcing methods (internal & external) to attract top‑tier candidates and strengthen talent pipelines. Oversee Employer Branding operations collaborating with Marketing and Communications to design impactful campaigns and promote employee advocacy. Build and develop a high‑performing TA team fostering growth through innovation (AI in recruitment automation D&I initiatives). Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs managing budgets and forecasts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Lead innovative recruiting projects from graduate programs to automation and data‑driven decision‑making to position our organization as a best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition function. Qualifications : What Were Looking For: We’re looking for a strategic builder and people leader - someone who moves fast thinks big and thrives on creating lasting impact through exceptional talent. Your profile : Proven experience of 8 years in Talent Acquisition including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Track record of building and scaling high‑performing recruitment teams in fast‑paced or scaling environments. Deep understanding of recruiting metrics tools (ATS CRM) and employer branding strategies. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and partner at all levels. Data‑driven and structured always seeking to improve processes and candidate experience.
