Social Media Content Specialist (English + Finnish) – Remote ICUC is a fully remote company delivering first‑class social media expertise. We help brands tell their stories while fostering a human‑centred culture built on collaboration, responsibility and trust. Job Description We’re looking for a bilingual (English & Finnish) social media expert to moderate, respond to comments and create engaging content across our clients’ social channels. This role requires a mix of day, evening and overnight shifts, including weekends. Shift Availability Days: 8 AM–4 PM Central Time (U.S.) Evenings: 4 PM–12 AM Central Time Overnights: 12 AM–8 AM Central Time You must be scheduled for a mix of the above shifts and be available on weekends. What You’ll Be Doing Moderate and respond to comments across clients’ social channels, maintaining brand voice. Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement. Ensure online communities are safe, respectful and in line with client guidelines. Escalate issues, insights or trends to the internal team when necessary. Become an extension of clients’ brands by understanding strategy, tone and audience. What You Bring to the Table Native fluency in both English and Finnish. Excellent written communication skills in both languages. Availability for any shift, day or weekend. Professional experience managing and moderating social platforms. Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences. Knowledge of major social platforms and their nuances. Curiosity and engagement with content types you’ll moderate. Strong organization, reliability and customer‑service instincts. Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions. Active Facebook account. Why Work With Us 100 % remote from day one.
