About the role We are hiring a Senior Content Strategist & Writer to join our global Marketing team. This key role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, PR, and international expansion. You will own Trustpair’s global editorial strategy and produce premium thought‑leadership content that positions us as the reference for vendor fraud prevention among Finance, Procurement, MDM and Risk leaders in Europe and the US. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands‑on writer, comfortable defining the content roadmap and partnering with Growth, Product Marketing and PR as well as crafting sharp long‑form pieces yourself. This is a hybrid role based in Paris, with regular presence required in our office. Package details: €50‑70k OTE, depending on profile & experience. What you’ll do: Editorial Strategy & Thought Leadership Build and implement Trustpair’s global editorial strategy across Europe and the US. Develop a premium thought‑leadership layer for the brand: reports, benchmark studies, opinion pieces, whitepapers, playbooks and C‑level narratives. Partner with Product Marketing, PR and Leadership to define angles that support PR, inbound, demand generation and US expansion. Pilot content co‑marketing campaigns with partners. Content Creation Act as lead writer for Trustpair’s Tier‑1 content (guides, reports, PR pieces, executive content and customer stories), ensuring top editorial quality. Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and formats. Orchestrate Employer Brand Voice content in partnership with the People team. Manage content associated resources (freelancers, tools, etc.). SEO, AI & Content Performance Drive an SEO and AI‑optimised content strategy to grow organic traffic and inbound pipeline. Audit existing content, identify priority gaps and build a roadmap for new and optimised pieces. Use tools such as Google Search Console, Matomo, Ahrefs/Semrush and HubSpot to prioritise topics and track performance. Experiment with AI tools for research, outlines, repurposing, QA and performance analysis, while keeping human editorial judgement at the core. Distribution & Campaign Enablement Collaborate with Growth, Design, Events and Product Marketing to bring content to life. Animate Trustpair’s Social Media Strategy to engage with our targets. Manage Marketing Emails, Newsletters and nurturing campaigns. Align content with Sales & Content narratives. Develop clear messaging and content playbooks for US and EU markets. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Use data and stakeholder feedback to iterate on the editorial strategy and sharpen our narratives. Track and report on core content KPIs (content quality, SEO performance, engagement and contribution to inbound pipeline). Must‑Haves 6+ years of experience in content marketing, including significant exposure to B2B SaaS and complex topics. Native‑level writing skills in English and business‑level proficiency in French. Proven experience owning an editorial strategy end‑to‑end. Strong track record producing high‑value, long‑form content. Experience collaborating closely with Growth/SEO, Product Marketing, and PR/Comms. Strategic mindset with high autonomy and ownership. Experience working in scale‑ups or international environments, ideally with exposure to US B2B audiences. Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping quality. Nice‑to‑Have Background or strong interest in risk, finance, treasury or cybersecurity.
