Cloud Temple, a major player in the sovereign cloud, helps businesses and public sector bodies to host, transform and outsource their critical applications.At the heart of this mission, the Platforms team plays a central role: we design and automate the essential infrastructure services that enable our private cloud platforms to be deployed, scaled and secured.Our SecNumCloud-certified environments guarantee the highest levels of security, scalability and performance.By joining Cloud Temple, you'll be joining a company on a human scale that values autonomy, skills development and the tangible impact of your work.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance in operational condition (MCO): Install and/or deploy network extensionsAcceptance of telecom & network deploymentsGuarantee the quality of the implementation, patching/correction of network and security systemsMonitor technological developments and find appropriate technical solutionsInfrastructure and deployment: Participating in technical architecture studies, drafting technical specifications and producing mock-ups of the solutions envisagedManage the installation of infrastructures, parameterisation and validation of componentsEnsure the evolution of physical or virtual architectures in project mode and N3 supportIncidents and crises: Manage incidents for all network and security environmentsCarrying out related investigations and following up incidentsGuarantee the availability and optimisation of network configurationsAudit: Participate in infrastructure auditsProviding advice (Quality, Safety)IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code): Industrialising manual procedures and automating administrative and technical tasks (scripting, Ansible, Terraform)Documentation: Draft technical procedures (DAT, DEX LLD, HLD, DLD)Monitoring: Take an active part in the creation, improvement and development of metrologyAnalyse the prospect\'s needs and propose the appropriate solutionRespond to customer queries to reassure them that the proposed solution is appropriateHelping to draw up the technical sections of the sales proposalContribute to project costings by providing technical expertiseModelling the technical solution (POC)Profile requiredLevel of diploma : Higher education (Bac+3) or higherExpected experience Minimum 3 years\' successful technical experience in a digital services company.Technical skills requiredGeneral network knowledge (protocols, uses, routing and switching)Network and telecommunications protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, VLAN, QinQ, VRF, MPLS, STP, RING, VPN, BGP, RIP, OSPF, QoS SDWAN, etc.Telecom and Internet technologies: DNS, (S)FTP, DHCP, HTTP(S), NTP, SNMP, LDAP(S), KERBEROSGood knowledge of Linux and Windows systemsAdministration and configuration of: routers/switches: Cisco, HP, JuniperProxys / antispam, Authentication and URL filteringWifiLoad Balancer/Reverser Proxy/WAFGood understanding and management of SSL/TLS certificatesPublic and private cloud experience: MS Azure, AWS, Google, VMWareProficiency in at least one scripting languageDeployment: TerraformWireshark and TCPDUMPAutonomy: know how to search for information/solutionsThoroughness and methodology: keeping commitments and informing those with whom you are dealing of the status of a situation, project, crisis or incident in a complete and accurate mannerAbility to analyse and summarise: be able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw meaningful conclusions.
