Campus Talent Attraction Partner

Context As part of the Talent Attraction Campus France team and within the framework of a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will support the business in building a talent pipeline that meets future skills needs, in line with Workforce and Career Management for the scope under your responsibility. Your Role You will play a key role in creating and managing the talent pool, working closely with managers and HRBPs, and recruiting talents up to permanent contracts from Campus programs. Your Missions Talent Attraction: Understand business strategy and target skills, Build a talent pool through Apprenticeship, Internship and VIE programs, Coordinate regular follow‑up of the talent pool with managers and HRBPs, Recruit talents up to permanent contracts post Apprenticeship/Internship/VIE, Implement a ‘best in class’ candidate experience, Ensure data quality in HR tools. Campus Management: Collaborate with Employer Branding Manager, Use school pipelines (CRM) for sourcing, Act as Schneider Electric ambassador towards students. Your Profile Graduated with a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources. Experience in recruiting interns and/or apprentices in high-volume contexts. Proficiency in: Sourcing tools, Interview techniques, Professional social networks. Your Skills Ability to work in a network and collaborate, Excellent client relationship, rigor and organization, Strong oral and written communication, fluent in English and French.
